We offer housekeeping, laundry, personal organizing, personal shopping, meal-prepping, and occasional child-care services.

We specialize in residential and small-business hospitality.
What are the rates of your services?
Because of the array of services we offer and the different complexities within each household, rates are based on a case-by-case basis.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. We are happy to use any preferred brands you have onsite. Mary Collins Management can not be responsible for any damage your own products cause.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured to insure the protection of your belongs and our team members.
How many people will be in my home during service?
Our goal is to work thoroughly, effectively, and efficiently. Mary Collins Management may send one, two, or three team members in order to complete each project in a timely manner. All team members are thoroughly background checked and vetted to ensure their ethics, morals, and values align with our company policies.
What is the difference between Mary Collins Management and another cleaning company?
Mary Collins Management offers service most cleaning companies do not. We also work in completion. Instead of dropping groceries at your front door, we stock them where they belong. Instead of leaving bags of folded laundry on your front porch, we put them in their designated space.
Safety & Working Conditions
Mary Collins team members are not expected to execute services if the conditions in your home are deemed unsafe and/or unworkable. Examples of these conditions include extreme temperatures, power outages, aggressive pets, active pest outbreaks, no running water, hostile behavior, and any other situation where harm to their body could occur or their general well-being could be at risk.

Entry Information
Our team members must be able to access your home according to written entry instructions. For the first appointment it is expected for the client to be present for entry. After the initial appointment team members can gain entry via a designated open entry point or keycode.

Our mission is to make sure all of our customers have a positive experience that meets or exceeds their expectations. If there is ever an issue please call or email us immediately.
Payment & Tipping
Payment is due the day of service. We accept most forms of electronic payment and/or credit cards.
Tipping is not expected but appreciated. 100 % of any payment made that exceeds the total cost of service will go directly to your onsite team member as a tip. If there are multiple team members, the tip will be evenly divided among them.
Are gift certificates available?
Absolutely! What better gift to give new parents, new homeowners, an elderly relative, a busy professional, someone going through grief, or anyone who could use a little extra help.
Can I personally hire an employee of Mary Collins Management ?
It is against the law to personally hire any of Mary Collins Managements employees without written consent by Mary Collins Management.
Pet Policy
Mary Collins Management understands pets are additional members of your family. We ask that pets that are not stranger friendly are securely put away during the your service. If a pet is deemed aggressive all services will be paused to ensure the safety of our team.
